Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 12 slices of white bread/whole wheat bread


  • 6 pieces of beef bacon (cut into small pieces)


  • 6 eggs


  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese


  • 1/2 tsp pepper


  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions

  • heat the oven at 150°C
  • grease the muffin mold with butter
  • cut the bread into round shapes and then roll 2 slices of bread to make them thinner
  • put the bread that has been rolled into muffin mold
  • in the pan, heat the cooking oil and fry the bacon until half-cooked
  • put the pieces of fried beef bacon into muffin mold that has been coated with bread earlier
  • sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of the bacon
  • break an egg on the top
  • bake in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes
  • remove the egg toast from the mold and garnish it with scallions
